30-Day Window
Return unspent, undamaged prop stacks in original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery for a prompt refund.
Print Defect Replacement
If any note in your stack has a manufacturing defect or misaligned foil strip, we dispatch a fresh replacement via express courier at zero cost.
Transit Damage Covered
All parcels are insured against transit damage or carrier loss. We re-dispatch immediately without making you wait on courier investigations.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Production Support
Email order@propmoney.com.au with your order number and photo of the issue.
Receive Return Label
Our team will generate a prepaid Australia Post return shipping label for defective or incorrectly sent items.
Refund or Re-Dispatch
Once scanned by the courier, your replacement stack is dispatched same-day or a refund is credited to your original payment method within 48 hours.
Terms & Exclusions
- Custom Vault/Heist Orders: Customized denomination straps or personalized studio prop prints are non-refundable once production printing begins unless defective.
- Used/Distressed Stacks: Notes that have been intentionally aged, burned, stained, or shredded for on-camera stunts cannot be returned for change of mind.
- Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
