1. Eligibility & Age Verification
By purchasing prop currency on this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Australian law.
2. Lawful Intended Use Only
All products sold on this website are designed, manufactured, and sold solely as motion picture props, theatrical stage properties, artistic novelties, educational training aids, and photographic accessories.
Any attempt to use these items in commerce, banking transactions, vending machinery, gambling venues, or to defraud any individual or business is strictly prohibited by law and constitutes a federal criminal offense under the Crimes (Currency) Act 1981 (Cth).
3. Pricing and GST
All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless another currency is selected in the currency selector. Prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected courier speed.
4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Prop Money Australia Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, criminal penalties, fines, or legal actions resulting from the buyer's misuse, unauthorized alteration, or unlawful transfer of prop currency products.
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prop Money Australia Pty Ltd against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from any breach of these terms.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
